Masterplan and concept design for an urban county library.  This project involved three phases: renovation and recladding of the existing 1960’s-era library, new landscaping and a large enclosed courtyard, and a new annex building for community functions and administrative space.  The result is a library that becomes a versatile community hub, and draws pedestrian life further downtown with select commercial anchors.
